Future Work Ability project
The project is to support proactive study ability and early detection of challenges in studies by utilizing pedagogical solutions, digital tools, and systems developed within the project.
The project is coordinated by Karelia University of Applied Sciences.
The other partners in the project include Savonia University of Applied Sciences and the Joensuu Region Different Learners Association.
Savonia University of Applied Sciences is responsible for implementing a part within the Future Work Ability project that focuses on pedagogical well-being.
In this work package, we are developing pedagogical solutions in collaboration with teachers, diverse learners, and their respective organizations. The main objective of the work package is to promote well-being during studies and enhance students’ generic skills needed for maintaining and improving well-being in the workplace.
