Supervoimana opiskelukyky – tulevaisuuden työkyky!

Tulevaisuuden työkyky -hanke tapasi amk-opiskelijoita maanantaina 30.10.2024 Microkadun kampuksella järjestetyssä opiskeluhyvinvointiviikon aloitustapahtumassa. Jaoimme tietoa hankkeestamme ja kysyimme opiskelijoilta, mikä tukee heidän opiskeluhyvinvointia ja mikä ovat heidän opiskelukykyä edistävä supervoima?

Aihe herätti kiinnostusta ja erityisesti pohdintoja aiheesta ständillä, jonne olimme myös koonneet vihjeitä opiskeluhyvinvointia tukevista teemoista.

Study ability as a superpower – future work ability!

Future Work ability -project met the students of the Savonia UAS on Monday, October 30, 2024, at the start of the student well-being week organized on the Microkadu campus. We shared information about our project and asked the students What is their superpower that promotes their wellbeing and ability to study?

The topic aroused interest and especially reflections on the topic at the stand, where we had also collected hints on themes that support student well-being.

Keskusteluissa opiskelijoiden kanssa supervoimiksi nousi erityisesti yhdessä opiskeleminen ja opiskelukaverit. Kv-opiskelijat pohtivat myös ständillä, ovatko he yhteisöllisyydessä ekstrovertimpiä kuin suomalaiset? Vastausta emme tokikaan saaneet, mutta kuten opiskelijoiden vastauksista koostuvasta sanapilvestä voi havaita, ovat supervoimat moninaiset. Nostettakoon esille myös kryptinen ”math, pyysi soi”, joka tarkoittaa mm. opiskeluun motivoivia matematiikan kilpailuja, joissa opiskelija voisi punnita osaamistaan.

Kaiken kaikkiaan hankkeen pisteellä vieraili n. 200 amk-opiskelijaa! Kiitos kaikille kävijöille!

In discussions with students, studying together and study buddies emerged as superpowers. International students also pondered at the stand, are they more extroverted than Finns when it comes to community? Of course, we didn’t get an answer, but as you can see from the word cloud made up of the students’ answers, there are many superpowers found. Let’s also bring up the cryptic ”math, pyysi soi”, which means e.g. mathematics competitions that motivate students to study and where students could measure their skills.

All in all, approx. 200 uas-students visited project’s stand! Thanks to all visitors!
